I pretty much understood LinkedIn in theory but I had quite a number of hang-ups about putting myself out there as someone who is working in a very conservative organisation and trying to build a platform outside of that organisation. My biggest fear was always that it would feel like I was trying to escape which is not necessarily true but rather a planned expansion.
What I had done in the past: I had tried posting regularly, it wasn’t working and I was exhausted by the whole process. It was tedious as I couldn’t spontaneously generate content.
What I had hoped to achieve joining the programme:
Where I am today is what I had hoped to get out of this which is that I am now confident about posting, it is no longer a task but from a point of overflow; I am the one now trying to slow things down, trying to do it more in a sustainable manner not just pouring everything out which is a blessing for me.
How did I discover the programme?
I have been following Dr Glory when this course was at N150,000, friends with a relative of yours, As much as I loved what you were doing, I was like why the huge charges for just LinkedIn and I completely agree with everyone that said you should change the name of the course as it undermines the worth and value of the course. LinkedIn is your channel of expression not what you do because I feel like by changing the name, besides the financial aspect, it will attract the right kind of audience that will appreciate you, no questions asked.
I had been following you all that while and I remember when I wanted to branch out into my coaching career, I had done my branding but I felt LinkedIn was the platform that speaks to my persona, a bit of professionalism and fun and then I checked on Dr Glory programme and saw it was then 800k and I felt she was proud, little did I know so when I saw the 3 days coaching for 150k, I had to join as I know a lot of people you had coached; and the calibre of women you had coached shows that you are worth investing in (for instance Dr Nnoli). I made up my mind to get a little bit of this magic and I was so starstruck that I dug into my savings to join the programme and it was worth every single kobo that I put into it. I remember having a slight disagreement with one of the participants during the 3-day challenge when She was negotiating the price and I
was saying they have no idea what they are getting themselves into.
HOW DID I KNOW THE PRODUCT WAS RIGHT FOR ME?
I already knew it was. Like I said before, I planned to scale my business and I don't do things by half measures and I know that LinkedIn was the place I can find my premium clients so I decided to do 2 courses at the same time to manage my visibility as I scale the backend of my business.
WHAT RESULTS HAVE I ACHIEVED?
I am sitting as the only African on an Advisory Board which is a great feat and that post was purely due to LinkedIn. I remember posting once or twice about Burnout but the minute you told us to do the Heart articles and all, I remember this lady, Dr Tina who I had liked one or two of her posts, liked the post you told us to do and then liked the previous ones as well. The subsequent posts you told us to post, She kept liking it as well then She connected with me and we connected in our DM’s and that was it. That means the strength and the power of the posts that I did within this programme was enough to earn me that place. At this point, I want to say thank you and keep doing the Lord’s work.

But first,
Let me ask you a question...
Why Do Less Qualified Executives Keep Landing Board Positions While You Remain Invisible?
Here's a startling truth According to a report carried out by Deloitte Global:
Only 19.7% of board seats are held by women, and just 6.7% of boards have female chairs.
Over 80% of highly qualified female executives are overlooked for Global leadership opportunities not because they lack expertise, but because they haven't yet activated the full potential of their professional presence.
If you've spent years perfecting your craft, and accumulating impressive achievements, yet still find yourself invisible to board recruiters, and leadership opportunities… You're not alone!
And contrary to what you might have been told, it's NOT about:
Working harder (you're already exceeding expectations)
Building a bigger network (you're well-connected)
Getting more certifications (your expertise is proven)
The real reason lies in what I call the "Leadership Visibility Mystery" - a discovery that flies in the face of everything you've been taught about advancing to board level.
This revelation transformed me from an overlooked professional to an environmental and Climate Change Consultant…
working with leading international experts, consulting on national policy and earning an additional income
And today, I will be sharing this game-changing approach with you.

But first,
Who am I and why should you listen to anything I have to say?
My name is Glory Edozien and I’m a LinkedIn Visibility and Thought Leadership Coach
A few years back, I used to believe that excellence alone would open doors.
With a Ph.D. and over 13 years in climate change and environmental planning, I was the definition of "qualified."
Yet, despite my expertise, I remained invisible where it mattered most.
Like you, I tried everything - networking events, leadership programs, and even image consultants.
I was excelling in my career but noticed a pattern: expertise alone wasn't enough to create the level of impact I knew was possible.
Despite being well-qualified and hardworking, transformative leadership opportunities seemed elusive.
Then came a pivotal moment in my journey.
Through extensive research and conversations with successful thought leaders across industries, I discovered something profound.
I interviewed global executives, studied influence and visibility patterns, and analyzed how leaders were creating lasting impact through various platforms - from speaking engagements to board roles to media presence.
Here's the real issue,
Today's organizations and opportunities are seeking more than just accomplished professionals.
They're looking for thought leaders who can articulate compelling visions, share unique insights, and shape conversations across multiple platforms - from conference stages to media features to leadership roles.
The real problem isn't your capabilities - it's that your brilliance is hidden under layers of false beliefs and systems that no longer serve you.
It's not about working harder or waiting until you feel ready.
It's about strategically showcasing your impact, actively building a visible legacy, and positioning yourself as a leadership-ready visionary.
And that's exactly what I want to do for you for the Next 3 days.

S-Situation
Before joining the program, I was struggling with strategic clarity around my personal brand. Although I have significant professional experience, I saw myself as a generalist and found it difficult to clearly articulate my niche or position myself with intentionality on LinkedIn. My biggest challenge was not competence it was coherence. I lacked a structured approach to defining my brand narrative, target audience, and value proposition. My greatest fear was that without clarity, I would remain invisible in rooms where influence and opportunity are shaped. I knew I had depth and insight, but I wasn’t leveraging LinkedIn as a strategic platform to build authority, attract the right network, and position myself for high-level opportunities.
What I hoped to achieve was intentional visibility not just posting content, but being positioned for the right conversations, collaborations, and leadership opportunities. Prior to this, I had taken personal branding courses. While helpful, they did not provide the level of depth, accountability, and strategic structure I needed.
A- Action
I had followed Dr. Glory on LinkedIn for several years and subscribed to her newsletter. I consistently observed the clarity of her positioning and the tangible results reflected in her community. I initially joined the Visibility Challenge, which provided immediate value and insight. That experience gave me confidence in her methodology and led me to enroll in the full course. What stood out to me was the individualized attention within a group program. It was in no way generic. The process was reflective, rigorous, and tailored. I decided to sign up at that time because I felt a sense of urgency. I had invested in other programs, yet I knew I was still operating below my potential in terms of visibility and influence.
The price was a consideration. However, the flexible payment structure made it manageable, and the depth of value delivered during the challenge reassured me that this was a strategic investment, not just another course. Ultimately, what convinced me was Dr. Gloria’s demonstrated results both her own and those of her clients and the clarity of her framework.
R-Results
The most significant outcome has been clarity. I now have a clearly defined personal brand, a sharpened niche, and a deeper understanding of my strengths and positioning. More importantly, I have the tools and frameworks to continually refine that clarity as I evolve professionally.I gained a structured framework for:
Defining my target audience
Creating content with strategic intent
Building meaningful professional relationships rather than passive connections
Networking, which previously felt unstructured and somewhat transactional, is now guided by a deliberate framework aligned with my long-term goals. While visibility is an ongoing journey, I now operate with confidence, direction, and a clear strategy. The program didn’t just teach me how to post on LinkedIn, it helped me think like a brand.

Dr. Glory’s LinkedIn Visibility and Content Strategy (LVCS) coaching programme is truly transformational and a game-changer for female executives who desire to become visible thought leaders in their sectors.
The programme is intentionally structured and purpose-driven, delivering on its clear objective of equipping women with the mindset, strategy and tools required to show up with authority and authenticity. Before enrolling in LVCS, I struggled with visibility and showing up confidently online within my professional space.
I knew I had value and insight to contribute, but I often felt uncertain about how to position myself strategically in the digital space. My challenges were both internal and external, navigating self-doubt, inconsistency and the fear of being misread, while also managing organizational constraints and the demands of a high-level role.
Despite these barriers, I desired to build a strong, credible and authentic online presence that reflected who I truly am and open doors to greater impact and opportunity. I had previously consumed free content, attended webinars, and attempted to implement strategies independently, but what I lacked was clarity, structure and Accountability.
I joined the LVCS programme at a pivotal moment when I knew something had to shift. I was ready to be intentional about my visibility. Once I understood that the programme was designed to uncover blind spots and provide practical, tailored tools for digital positioning, I recognized it was exactly what I needed. LVCS goes beyond content creation and networking on LinkedIn; it addresses mindset, executive presence and strategic brand building. Naturally, I had concerns: whether I could balance the programme with work pressures, whether I was fully ready for increased visibility, and whether the investment would yield measurable value. However, the clarity of the programme framework, my prior experience in a three-day session with Dr. Glory, and the testimonials of past participants gave me confidence. I ultimately chose to see the
financial commitment as an investment in my growth rather than an expense, and that decision has paid dividends.
Over the course of the 12–14 weeks programme, I experienced a profound transformation. I gained clarity about my personal brand and message, strengthened my confidence, and acquired practical systems for enhancing my visibility and digital presence. I also connected with and learned from a remarkable cohort of incredible women who are each doing outstanding work and excelling in their respective field. I am now more intentional, consistent and courageous in how I show up. I no longer feel uncertain about how to position myself online; instead, I approach visibility strategically and purposefully. Beyond the tangible skills, the most significant shift has been internal. I now fully own the value I bring and communicate it with conviction.
LVCS has been a defining turning point in my visibility journey. My sincere appreciation to Dr. Glory and her Team for the impactful work they do. LVCS is more than a programme. It is a calling and a ministry.

I think I’ll also share this properly via email, but I just want to say that I have gained far more than I even anticipated or expected from this programme.
I also want to acknowledge Ify, because she was actually the one who encouraged me to join. I remember when I was still asking questions and trying to understand what the programme was about, and she said something along the lines of: “You don’t even know what you’re going in for. You don’t know the quality of what you’ll eventually get out of this programme.” And honestly, that really encouraged me.
At the time, I didn’t even have the money readily available, so I also want to sincerely thank you for being very flexible with the payment options. You made it very convenient, and that also encouraged me because it made me feel like this wasn’t just about money — it felt like you genuinely wanted me to be in the room and benefit from the experience.
That made me determined to make every effort to join. And truly, I’m grateful to God and to you for that.
Before now, I was much more reserved and unsure of myself when it came to visibility. But now, I at least have clarity on what to post, how to begin showing up, and I feel less overwhelmed by the process. One thing I’m especially grateful for is knowing that I now have someone who can review my posts and guide me when I’m ready. That support means a lot to me.
I also want to mention that Ify has been very supportive, and I deeply appreciate that. And beyond the programme itself, I know the relationships built here will continue — not just with Ify, but with every other person here as well. You ladies have truly been the best.

I definitely want to echo what everyone has said about how helpful this course has been.
For me, one of the biggest things it has done is help shape my thinking and deepen my understanding of the value I bring. It has given me much more clarity — not just about what I do, but also about the level and quality of the work I bring to the table. I remember that before this course, I was really struggling to update my résumé.
But after working through just the first workbook, it became so much easier because I could clearly see:
what I actually do
the value I bring
and how to articulate that more effectively.
I was able to use that clarity to significantly improve my résumé, and that was a big win for me.
Feedback / Challenge:
One piece of feedback I would share — and this may just reflect where I personally am right now — is around the pace and workload of the programme. I think having a little more time to complete the tasks would be really helpful.
When you think about it, you have:
a Wednesday class that runs for about 2 to 2.5 hours
a recording to listen back to, which can be 45 minutes to 1 hour
the workbook and practical assignments
and then of course, regular work, family, and life responsibilities
At times, that felt like quite a lot to manage. And for someone like me, when I start to feel overwhelmed, my tendency is sometimes to shut down and not do it at all, because it starts to feel like I can’t fully catch up or complete everything.
So perhaps one thing to consider for future cohorts might be:
giving participants a bit more time,
reducing the number of required posts
or spacing the tasks out in a way that feels more manageable.
I think that would help participants stay engaged and avoid feeling discouraged if they fall behind. Because once you realise you’ve only completed three tasks and there are still several left, it can begin to feel a bit overwhelming.
That said, this was just my personal challenge, and overall, I’m genuinely grateful for the programme and everything I’ve learned from it. Thank you.

This platform has really helped me. When I think about my journey through this programme, the word that comes to mind is elevation. Before now, I was very apprehensive. I felt like I couldn’t really do this because of my many commitments. I also struggled with imposter syndrome. I worried about being judged — that if I said the wrong thing or showed up the wrong way, people would notice. There was just a lot of uncertainty, and I didn’t feel fully confident in my ability to put myself out there.
I actually found out about the programme on Instagram one day. It just came up on my feed — the 3-day course — and I remember thinking, “Okay, it’s $100, that won’t hurt. Let me just hear what she has to say.” For some reason, it really appealed to me, so I joined. At the end of the 3-day experience, I knew this was something I really needed. At the same time, I remember thinking, “Wow, this is a lot of money.” Even for me, I thought it was a big investment. So I spoke to my husband, and he said something that really stayed with me: “That’s what you’ve always wanted to do, so I would advise that you go for it. You can afford it.” So I joined.
At first, I wasn’t entirely sure if I was in the right place. But as the weeks went by, I began to settle in and get the hang of it. I won’t lie — completing the assignments was a bit challenging for me because my days are usually very busy, and even my weekends are often full. But I’m actually proud of myself because I managed to complete all the assignments, and that in itself was a big achievement for me. And honestly, I can say I have grown.
I have learned a lot, and this programme has really added to me — not just professionally, but personally. For me, this has been a real personal development journey. I deeply appreciate the input I received — not just from Dr. Glory, but from everyone else in the group. Initially, I wasn’t even sure I would enjoy being part of a group experience, or listening to other people’s stories and lived experiences. But hearing everyone’s journey and learning from their perspectives has genuinely added value to me.
One of the biggest shifts for me has been confidence. I’ve always done the work — I do what I do every day — but I just wasn’t putting myself out there. So the visibility was missing. And because of that, I had almost started to forget who I was and even undervalue my own achievements. But this programme helped lift that weight off me. Now I’m at a point where I’m thinking, “What’s the worst that could happen? Just go for it.” And I’m genuinely so glad I took the opportunity to join. I’m not the same person I was before. Not just on LinkedIn, but even in the way I approach opportunities, the kind of networks I now pursue, and even the way I speak when I’m out in professional spaces — something has shifted.
People are now beginning to approach me to speak and share my expertise. Recently, someone from my past reached out to me on LinkedIn and invited me to come and share my experience. He encouraged me and said, “Oh yes, you can do it.” That led to an invitation, and I’ve since received another one as well — both of them completely unsolicited. And I’m really grateful for that. Because honestly, if I had not started putting myself out there on LinkedIn, I don’t think those opportunities would have come. I don’t think people would have seen me or the work that I do. So for me, I know this is just the beginning of bigger things to come. And I know I’ll still be able to share my story in even more powerful ways in the future.
I’m also grateful for the network of incredible women I’ve met on this platform. I’ve connected with so many people here, and I know I’ll stay in touch with many of them even after the programme ends. So truly, I’m very grateful.

Dr. Glory, I really have to say this — and I think everyone else has said it in different ways too — but the 3-day course and this follow-up programme have truly been a game changer for me. The kind of visibility you begin to get when you start doing the right things strategically is honestly amazing. For example, shortly after you all helped upload and position my profile, two institutions reached out to me directly. One of them was the Institute of Directors (IoD). Someone from IoD contacted me and said I had been referred, and they wanted to discuss an opportunity with me. That was a big deal because, to be honest, IoD was already one of the things I had on my own personal development and visibility list. So for them to reach out to me directly was very validating. Then the National Institute of Credit Administration also reached out after reviewing my profile. They said they believed I would be eligible for a certain level of recognition, and they have already offered me a fellowship. So these are very real outcomes, and I’m genuinely grateful. Another thing this programme helped me with is around content creation and thought leadership.
I’ve always known that I enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge, but I have consistently struggled with:
what kind of content to create
how to structure my ideas
and how to make time to write or publish meaningfully
That has always been a challenge for me. But this training, and the way it was broken down and layered, made it so much easier to understand and apply. Now, I find myself thinking differently.
For example, when I’m having conversations, engaging with people, or even reading, I now naturally begin to think:
“This could be a good post.”
“This is a strong story to share.”
“This is a valuable insight someone else could learn from.”
So now, everything counts. Even small moments now feel like content, learning, or stories that can be shared intentionally. And that shift has been very powerful for me.
The programme has also improved me in terms of:
negotiation
communication
how I project myself
and how I show up in conversations and interactions with others
One of the biggest things it has done for me is that it has helped me truly see the value in what I do. Now, when I speak, I’m much more intentional about communicating from a value standpoint. I’m not just talking or explaining things casually —
I’m clearer about:
the challenge I solve
the value I bring
and how to communicate that with confidence.
That has been a major shift for me. I also want to say a sincere thank you to everyone on the team. You have all been amazing. Listening to everyone else’s stories, experiences, expertise, and exposure throughout the programme has also been deeply valuable for me. I’ve learned a lot just from being in the room with these women.
This has truly been an awesome experience for me. And I know learning is continuous — you keep learning and getting better — so I’m hopeful that I’ll continue building on everything I’ve gained from this programme.
Thank you, Dr. Glory, for what you do. And thank you to the entire team.
You are all incredibly talented women, and I truly appreciate this experience.
